Can someone recommend a good, knowledgeable real estate broker in the Bronx (Melrose & Concourse neighborhoods)? No sharks, please! Someone reliable, who'll look out for our best interests as a potential buyer...Thanks.

There's a broker at Halstead who seems to have a lot of listings in that neighborhood. I didn't use her so I can't really recommend her.

I used a broker from Keller Williams named Gregory Tsougranis who was very good. He could get you into any apartment currently for sale as almost all transactions are co-brkered nowadays. He was always on time and knows the Bronx really well.
