I am trying to figure out when is it not worth going outside. I tried doing a walk tonight but it was way too cold to stay for long. It might have done more bad than good.

Anybody have their limits when they stay home instead of dealing with the cold ?

Snow in the city is never fun. It quickly turns into black muddy cold lava on the sidewalks.
It is cold, but not cold enough for me, so disappointed.

Well, a good cold weather reduces the homeless population in NYC. Past couple of winters have been warm, so the homeless population grew. This winter cures that.

Mind you a lot of people in the streets refuse help. I don't think they are quite so willing to refuse help this winter unless the person has just given up on life.
