Bushwick contains the areas all the way up to Graham and Grand. So some of Bushwick is covered by the Williamsburg precinct.
A small section of Bed-Stuy is not included (listed with Crown Heights or Clinton Hill instead).
Only in you're imaginary factless world does the neighborhood Bushwick go all the way to Graham and Grand... This is why I stopped responding on this thread because I realized two pages ago I was dealing with a moron who chooses opinions over fact based reasonings...
@ Supermario, what are you even arguing? Who here said Bushwick was worse than the Stuy? All we're saying is that Bed-stuy is gentrifying far quicker than Bushwick is... Did you hear about hipsters invading Bed-stuy in 1995... Yet we heard it about Bushwick. This despite the fact that the overall numbers will tell you Bed-stuy despite it's reputation for crime is still more expensive and has higher rents on average than Bushwick... And houses and brownstones are selling for ridiculous prices whereas only now are Bushwick houses going in the 1-2 million range...
In both cases, the prices being thrown away for these ***tty areas is freaking ridiculous, but FACTS are FACTS...

Why can't you have a debate without getting all emotional? Whenever your in disagreement you get your panties all up in a bunch. A real ****** trait if you ask me.
I pulled those population stats off of the nyc.gov site. Sorry if they consider the Bushwick NTA to go all the way up to Graham and Grand. Don't shoot the messenger. If it bothers you that much bring it up with the dept of city planning and the board of education so that they can update their maps to your liking.
BTW, where do all these new affluent Bed-Stuy residents sip their champagne again? I can't find them anywhere. Nor do I see any records of houses selling in the multiple millions. Buildings maybe, but a house? You might want to go back and check your rent stats as well.

Only the very rare showpiece houses are going for over $2 million currently, But $1.5-1.7M is becoming the norm. Prospect Heights and Crown Heights are getting higher prices. You're correct that it's mostly buildings commanding the multi million $ prices. Here's a few homes:
Again these aren't your average Bed-Stuy homes, Bushwick is the same way mostly the showpiece houses like the ones along Bushwick Ave. are getting multi million $ prices.

@ gdale, I'm perfectly calm... But when I strictly use links to back up what I say to state facts to then have someone argue what they apparently seem to know very little about just for the sake of arguing I will call them out on it... It's pretty simple. Better to be thought the fool...
