I can relate. I was there a few months ago. I literally had to chase them down in order to sign the lease. No bank checks were surrendered except to the management company during lease signing. Of course, during the else signing, the move in date was printed on page 1 of the lease.
Is it rent stablized and were you given the option of a 1 year or 2 year lease? Also, do you have to provide your tax return every year in order to stay in the building?

I also spoke with Ms Villa last week & she said they will be calling the tenants in about 2 weeks. It's been one week now & I have yet to hear from anyone. Still waiting patiently here though...
