I seemed like it is two per truck/instructor. tomorrow one student will be driving on the streets while the other is out on the field learning the pre trip and parking. Then the following day it will be switched. that's all we know for now.

I'm glad to see everyone who has signed up for the first week of CDL has enjoyed it so far.. It makes me eager to want to go next week...

My one question for everyone is , did any of the instructors or workers mention anything about when they plan to hire our first class ????

I do not know. The hostilities from the first gulf war ie the no fly zone and such had not ended before the start of the new war. So that is a good question. Unfortunately if you were in Afghanistan that has not qualified yet as an approved combat zone. They still have not established Somalia or Bosnia yet. So they are behind two conflicts.lol Its ****ed up but thats the city.

they did not want us asking about the job nor did they know any additional information. just remember, their goal as well as your goal there is to get a cdl license. that is all.

Default cdl training

I recently found out about this site and just wanted to wish everyone goodluck and thanks for all the info. Does anyone know if its better to already have your CDL license or to take it thru DSNY? With my current schedule i think it would be easier for me to take private CDL training. Im list #8XX and i just want to have everything in order. Any info would be greatly appreciated
