always put it in reverse before you dump. keep one hand on the suicide knob and one hand on the control that lowers the arm. if **** goes out of hand press down on that control to lower the arm and help with your center of balance. be VERY gentle with the joystick...treat it like a lady. the answers are written on the walls off the classroom u take the test in.

Just want to say that in my first few weeks on the job, I pretty much have an idea of how things work.....As far as running and dumping goes. You can only do it on some routes. It would be impossible for anyone to run and dump the garbage route I had today. Also, once you get back to the garage at 9 am, it's hard to think of staying out until 12:10. But I will say this, I don't blame turkey tuesday for running, but it will come to an end soon enough. Eventually, people will either have their routes extended, losing trucks, or come back early and have to do something else. This whole coming back to the garage before 9 am and hanging out or going home or whatever wont last forever. Eventually, it will hurt the job. People that run and dump now don't care about that though. They will when things change.....And one more thing, turkey, like I said, I don't blame you cause it is nice to work for a couple of hours, but don't talk that bullsiht like what you're doing is A ok. You know running and dumping is going to affect the job, so that's fine if you want to do it, but don't play all innocent......And don't respond with some smartass bullsiht because you have time on the job. Just keep it Real

i was out of town to QW1 and that district doesnt run and dump.. yes some idiots do run and dump.. i can tell you now i wont be .. When i do get to retire i want to enjoy my money.I don't want to be spending it on Copays every week because i blew my knees out running up a route.. The mentality that Turkey has is great for him but i can honestly say thats not how the whole department is ... one other thing .. Everyone is there own person just because some other idiot is running don't mean you have to be an idiot ........Yea you get done in a few hours .. but is it worth your back ? your knees ? and enjoying your retirement because you work like an animal ?? nahhh...
