No, Obama isn't real. Black people have been dupped. Time to throw those Obama t-shirts in the garbage.
Nobody was duped by Obama. Realistically, my life is what it is and was so under Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush II, Obama, and whoever comes next. Not much changes from President to President.
Anyone who relies on politics is foolish. It doesn't matter whether you call yourself left wing or right wing, at the end of the day either you have money or you don't. Poor people are going to be poor no matter who the President is. As for the truly rich, they'll always find ways of creative accounting, so taxes are not that much of a true concern to them.
It's impossible to tell anything from those videos. Nothing particularly exculpatory or incriminating is shown in either one. What little context is provided by the person who posted the video actually contends that the incident has nothing at all to do with Stop and Frisk, unless we now label any interaction with the police we don't like Stop and Frisk.
this is one confusing thread. nearly every poster is trying to bait other posters into an argument
2 new posters in particular that have been trying to stir things up in a negative way lately. Native NYer and ForumFolly. They suffer from the Spike Lee "syndrome."

Many times the new ones are actually people with a posting history under other names. Check Miranda231 and Citygirl332 (same person, 2 accounts). Then compare their posts to ForumFolly234 and draw your own conclusions.

Why is pointing out the obvious considered stirring things up?
I read the Spike Lee thread and I agree with much of what he said, but he should not have resorted to using profanity in an academic setting.
