@leauvixin.....I handed in documents but I had to hand in more being that I said my husband would be moving in later on. My case worker said she would put my application to the side and that she would send me an email listing what I need to bring back and that I had 5 days to bring it in. Yesterday I received the denial letter. I never got the email. I spoke to my case worker and she said the letter was because my income is to low for the minimum. But I never got a chance to bring in the other documents to calculate my full family gross income.

@leauvixin.....I was told my application was gonna be put the side and I had 5 days to bring back the papers. My case worker was suppose to send me an email listing what I needed to bring back. But she said because of my income being lower then the minimum that's why I was denied. But I didn't bring in the required document so I don't have an officially calculated income gross for my family. She told me to just go for an appeal. But I'm lost on the paper that list how much for a one bedroom two bedroom or three bedroom I actually qualify.

They just asked me to hand in more updated documents today.

I sent the most current bank information and pay stubs two weeks ago and nothing has changed since then. this is such an uphill battle.
