A lady named Jerica just called me from the office. She gave me the same "you're qualified but you're on backup". When I asked for even a rough time frame estimate, or if me getting the apartment was likely, she was unable to give a clear answer and repeated the whole "its no guarantee" and "you never know".

This whole thing is just a big guessing game I guess. I wish us all the best.

Yea that mad no sense just might as well denied us....I think they sent denial letters to this who didn't qualify and they sugar coating that us back up people have been denied...no one is goin to turn down those apartments so getting picked off the back up list I'm guessing is slim to none

Yeah exactly. I feel like they would only move to the back up list if people they were processing didn't end up qualifying for whatever reason (which can be very possible- just a matter of how many don't qualify).

I realized I can't stress about this anymore. All I can do is pray I guess...

I don't know guys this is just a waiting game. I feel if you can't get the apartment at this stage just let us know and if we qualified just tell us. This is really crazy!!!! Still no answer no phone call. Good luck to all of us.

Went in again today and was told i have to bring in more documents and updated bank and pay stubs. I was told just because I give in more documents does not guarantee me an apartment. she say it could be another month before I found out if I'm granted an apartment. This process is more draining then I want it to be.

The lady I spoke with said building should be done sometime between Oct and Nov and that all utilities are included you will have to pay for electricity. if your are granted an apartment you will see the apartment and you have to decide that day if you want it or not and you must have a money order for deposit, first month and $25 for Carbon monoxide detector.
