The log numbers are out for this development. My number is 13x. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if this is a decent number and what are the realistic chances of getting the apartment.

I don't know what the X after your log number is, but if your number is 13 your chances of getting called in for an interview should be 100%. They will call people in preference groups first, municipal workers, mobility impaired, etc. After they fill up the quota on those groups they will call everyone else on the list in log number order. 13 as a log number puts you as one of the first people they will contact. You should get contacted immediately if you are in a preference group. Otherwise you will get contacted as soon as they finish with those groups. I was in a similar lottery last year. My log number was in the mid 600s and I was not in a preference group and I was contacted for an interview. Once you get an interview it all depends on if you fit into whatever financial parameters they set up for this development. I would guess there are a few tens of thousands of applications for this one. 13 is actually a lucky number in your case.

What was your log #? How they contacted you, mail or email? Did you have a preference?
