Well if De Blasio refocuses police activity away from protecting the gentrifiers they will get eaten alive when the Brownsville stick up kids realize they are easy targets

It is time to remove the buggies, transportation parallel to them is faster then the 40s.

It is time to change the paradigm.

It's only one issue for the Mayor, but it is logical.

We're moving at a faster pace, with new cultures added in. We have to account for this; horses do what they are roped to do.

The handling is changed, so the horse is changed (it is no longer feasible).
The horse isn't a car, and can no longer endure the traffic.

At one time, it was a beautiful thing, but no longer.
