I’d have a brownstone on the Upper West Side. I’d love to be within walking distance of Central Park. There’s also lots of free events in Riverside Park. But I guess if I could afford to live in a brownstone on the Upper West Side, I wouldn’t have to be so focused on "free".

Either across from Riverside Park between 75th and 100th or anywhere on Central Park West.
