I agree with you on this one. A classy brownstone with a huge terrace overlooking Central Park would be my weekday home....
However on the weekend my private jet would take me to any of my weekend homes in Paris, Milan, Nice, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Kyoto, etc.! NY is not the only place to live when you're filthy rich. ![]() |

I’d have a brownstone on the Upper West Side. I’d love to be within walking distance of Central Park. There’s also lots of free events in Riverside Park. But I guess if I could afford to live in a brownstone on the Upper West Side, I wouldn’t have to be so focused on "free".
