Default What neighborhood would you choose to live in and why?

i'm giving you an infinite amout of money to spend....sky's the limit.

i would pick the area by brooklyn college and the junction....like glenwood and and the east 30's area in flatbush, or 1 of those big homes right below prospect park on marlborough/stratford road, argyle road.....i forgot the name of the area, but i consider it part of flatbush.

i can have a big 1 family home with a driveway and garage and be to manhattan by the train in 30 mins tops.

what about the rest of the board?

I like the homes in Forest Hills or a nice brownstone in Park Slope.

Riverdale. Great looking and close to the city but not too close. Just right.

I lived there with my parents in one of the coops on Ave H. If you can get in, more power to ya!

1F's starting at 600K. I saw a 2F at 740K. Incoming Target on Flatbush and Ave H.

East 80's in Manhattan. Brownstone, with a garage. All 4 (or 5) floors. Quiet tree lined block.

Depends. If I'm a working man with a family, I guess somewhere in Central Queens. Nice schools, good area and safe.

Young and single with some money. Lower Manhattan. like the Village, Alphabet City; or the Lower East Side. I just love the gritty feel this area has at times.

However, I do love the Upper West Side.
