Jeffrey Dahmer started out hurting and killing animals.
Psychologist have found that those who hurt animals (and usually they start at an early age) displays anti- social behavior and may progress to hurting people.
These "people" see others and animals as objects, meaning others don't have feelings so they treat as they would an objects. They have no empathy, the makings of a psychopath. So operating outside the law is the norm.
Agreed! they need to throw this piece of crap in jail. his face sickens me...
