I have never even heard of Palestinian restaurants. Is there is cuisine that is indigenous to the Palestinian territories, or are you simply seeking Middle Eastern food served by Palestinians?

Bay Ridge, Brooklyn has some immigrants from the Palestinian territories, so I'd try there.
