I will be driving from the mid 50's west side (cruise terminal) toward the 30's. I would like to find some street parking where I could walk or take a bus to Penn Station to meet some friends. This would be Sunday around 11 am. What would be the best streets to look for a spot? Will I do better above 34th street or below? I don't mind walking up to a mile or using the bus. Thanks.
