Housing in Bellerose (Queens) (apartment, rentals, credit)

Hello Everyone:
I am looking for professional and serious housemates - I have a house (this is not an apartment - it is a house) in Bellerose and I need your help. Where can I post ads to find housemates to share the house with. I am asking $725 all utilities and cable/internet included. The only additional item is $25 extra if you use air conditioner during hot months of the yr. (this is only charged during hot months of the yr only) .

If you have a very nice home perhaps hospital staff or students may be interested.

Otherwise, it may be folk who are very temporary...

Although many people dont' do credit history and employment/income checks for room rentals, I would.
