It's not really fair that the 47th gets blemished with another murder when both the perp and the victim are from Westchester.

Definitely.I'm convinced that there is a direct correlation between the sharp increase in murders in the 47th,the sharp increase in heroin production, use and distribution everywhere and the 47th precinct's position on I 95 . This is the second shooting/murder incident in the last couple of weeks that involved a U Haul truck and the third murder where the victim is from outside The Bronx.A couple of weeks ago they found the body a white guy from Massachusetts on the roof of a NYCHA building.It all reeks of drug manufacture and distribution activity.

That whole Eastern part of the 47Pct has been a drug haven for years. A lot of "Stash" houses.

There's a conspiracy that all that heroin is coming from the middle east specifically Afghanistan where soldiers are ordered to protect the poppy fields with the end game of distributing the heroin. In other words, the US government is behind the increase heroin. Are they after money or are they trying to destroy certain areas like crack did in the 80s?
Well...it is the Bronx again...many saying it is gentrifying but it seems to me to be more like a step backward in 2014...
The only people who would say the Bronx is gentrifying are those attempting to pump the real estate. These people would claim every NYC neighborhood is gentrifying, and that's far from the truth.

Hilltop my friend, this is a totally baseless rumor. NATO forces turn a blind eye to poppy in general, although the HIG and TB elements sell it to buy guns/bomb making supplies.
