Young Girl Stabbed in Brooklyn Elevator Leaves Hospital

St.Hubert appears in Court

Young Girl Stabbed in Brooklyn Elevator Leaves Hospital - NY1

St. Hubert's attorney, Edward Friedman, says he has a long history of mental illness, and is currently under psychiactric care.

"He'll be at Bellevue as long as the Department of Corrections thinks he should be at Bellevue. I have no say in that, his lawyer has no say in that, and when they make the determination that he's well enough to go into general population they'll move him back to Riker's Island. There's no telling how long he'll stay at Bellevue," Friedman said.
