Hole-in-the-wall, Chinese take-out place. My friend, who loves this place, took me there. It is on a street of much nicer-looking restaurants. I was a bit skeptical, but she is a foodie and has excellent taste. I wound up very happy with the food. Delicious.
All this talk. SO tomorrow for me NICE GREEN BO. (Haven't been there but once since my wedding (talk about CHEAP .)
I'll try the Seafood Wrapped fish...and lots of dumplings.
You have a restaurant blog, yet you come here, instead of to a food/dining site, to get suggestions?
Yep! There are a LOT of hole in the wall places we've yet to try. So many... so we seek input as to where to go first. We can't go to everyone tomorrow! So, we have to prioritize... and we love getting other peoples opinions.

Some of the hole in the wall places really need a local to navigate for you. Most of them don't speak english and you really don't' know the good dish to order.

We always just ask the server to serve us an authentic Chinese meal that his/her family would eat.
