If offered an artisan job for $25K. Keep in mind also person has student loans from a college he flunked out of before becoming an NYC artisan. That cost him $50,000 debt in loans

So we are looking at $25,000/year and $500/month in school loans...would like to live in a safe charming studio APT in Manhattan like in West Village, or perhaps a 1 bedroom...where would work?

Can't you find another forum to invent your fake situations? This is going to get tiresome really fast.

I also spotted a guy living under the bridge where Queens Blvd going into LIE west. He got a punching bag, bookcase, bed, everything. I would imagine it's free.
