My son is considering attending either Queens Science H.S. or Bronx Science H.S.. We live on the border of Gramercy/Kips Bay Would anybody know if there are special buses and how long the commute would be to either of these high schools?

Bronx Science has some special buses to Queens, but not to Manhattan. But the commute from your area would be a simple one. Just take the 6 train to Grand Central and then the 4 to Bedford Park Blvd.

For Queens Science, are you referring to the one in Jamaica? If so, just take the 6 to 51st Street and then take the E to Jamaica Center.

Yes, I am referring to the one in York College in Jamaica. Would anybody have an idea how long these commutes would be?

For Bronx Science, he would have a fairly easy commute. He would get on the 6 at 33rd street, or 23rd, 28th, depending which street you are closer to. Take that to 42nd street grand central and get on the 4 all the way to bedford park blvd.

For York college I believe its the E&F train to jamaica center, but I might be wrong on that.
