There's a Church right there and although its near the Queens border it's far from the best part of Brooklyn. Not the worse though.

Definitely agree with the other posters. Why Cypress Hills?
That is quite a few steps down in quality of life based on surrounding crime
but some believe no matter where you live once you are inside your own doors
it doesn't matter what is going on outside of them.

Jogged around the old Highland Reservoir as a kid.
Always a safe neighborhood. It is geographically perched
at higher elevation
than the surrounding neighborhoods
creating a physical barrier of safety but with so many choices
available I believe you should focus elsewhere.

Look at nearby Liberty Park which starts around Cypress and Cooper
avenues if it is an absolute certainty this is the area where you must be.

Just pray you make it safely to your doorsteps............Best wishes.......
