Before the in person interview. They usually don't bring you in to show you a unit until you are approved, ie, all your paperwork is verified. Otherwise, it would be a huge waste of time for them if it turns out you were not approved.

Someone posted earlier on this forum and said that you can amend your application for "life events," which includes pregnancy. Not sure how you would do that, but it will definitely impact where they place you.
