I feel terrible for you but you are living in a monstrous country that will allow to starve on a subway grate while looking for a bit of warmth while the rich enjoy untold opulence.
I wish I could give you alternatives but the deck is stacked against you.

That's what it looks like.
It's quite scary to me because I've worked and worked hard since 2002. It seems like one bad mood costed me my entire livelyhood. Now I can see how sooo many veterans end up homeless derelicts. I started looking for homeless shelters today and even that looks like a pretty scarce availability.
I don't know anything about this place, so make sure it's not a scam, but it does appear to be a veteran-owned business so maybe it's ok.
You want to stay from Pioneer loans, seriously. Might be a Veteran run business that offers loans to military but with a dark side. Interest rates are ridiculous.
When I got to my first duty station, the in-processing brief actually mentioned them and to stay away.
Anyway back to the original post. If you go honorable discharge go through VFW. They helped me before with rent when VA messed up my GI Bill and I didn't get paid 4 months. They didn't even ask back for it, I ended up giving everything back because another Veteran might need the funds.

Is there an office or number to call? I don't mind paying the money back either. I would actually prefer it that way.
Not too long ago me and some friends got into a debate about homeless Vets, my argument was that there is so much resources for Vets and that government is actually taking care of us, its Vets themselves that are at fault as they want to everything handed to them and not work for it. (I'm a former Infantryman and PSYOPS)
