The Bryant Park stop on B/D/F line. You can also catch 7 there.

Where in queens are you going? That will determine what line to go on more so than where you are coming from.

Others may know the correct subways but I will just give you a bit of subway advice....

If a train pulls in the station and one car is empty, while the other cars are packed, do not get into that car unless you want to regale all your buddies in Houston on how you survived the smell of feces and vomit while you were alone on a subway car with a genuine ny city bum.

Depends on where in Queens you are going (it's a big place, the largest borough), but your three choices from Bryant Park are the F, M and 7. (The B and D both stop at Bryant Park but *DO NOT* go to Queens--don't get on.)

That experience epitomizes NYC and is a pleasure!

Travelling between cars is illegal. But sometimes, you gotta!
