Hi,all.

Is there any one who can tell me how to complain a real estate agent?

I met an agent in an open house for a condo in Queens. I like the location and it is pretty new. So I asked her about the condo tax abatement condition. She told me it has been approved in the September and offered us the disclosure sheet.

I did not bring any other agent, so she worked as a dual agent. I trusted every word of her. But my attorney found the tax abatement approval is never issued. And she concealed the information that the seller (developer) owed money to the bank. The title company is dissatisfied with title condition of this condo.

I am upset because all she told me is misleading and deceptive. And I submitted an offer and hired an attorney based on those wrong information. I contacted with her broker. He said they had no duty to cover my loss, because the deal is failed and they are not paid. It is ridiculous. How can I submit complaint against her and her company? Any feedback will be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

IDK, call her out by suing her on national TV? If its a pretty large company then google the company and write a bad review on your experience.
