For a spending ticket I got about 1-1/2 ago. Any advice on how I can try to lessen the damage? Thanks a lot

It was a crock of sh$&. I was pulled over 100-200' past the toll booth after the bridge. I really was not going as fast as he said I was

there is no such thing as mitigate the damege anymore in nyc like other localities.

nyc does not use judges or prosecutors so there is no plea bargaining or allowances for a clean record.

you can only be 100% guilty or not guilty.
