My affordable rent is actually more expensive than what I"m paying now! But I like terraces, views, new construction, nice kitchen cabinets, etc, etc.

Wonder what happens if your in differently lotteries but they have the same management company and you have good log numbers for more that one. Do they call you for more that one?

I think you're assuming a level of organization that doesn't exist among the marketing agencies. Even it's the same management company, no one would likely know that you were in their other lotteries. It's very siloed, with specific reps handling specific projects. And even if they did know, it shouldn't make any difference; you'd get priority according to your number.

What happens if your income goes up and surpasses the maximum while your application is pending with the city?
