With outside forces ready to pounce, if they haven't started already and laughing all the way to the bank while doing so. Even MLK Jr was going recite a speech/sermon titled, " Why America may go to Hell", but was assassinated before he could give it. Agree even more. Emphasis on the "bank" part.

The choak hold has been responsible for many blacks dying. I remember it happened to a man in Milwaukee by a all to common combination of a hothead cop, adrenal cortex emptying jacked up cop or a cop who always was a punk before becoming a cop. In fairness the great majority of police are extremely professional and tolerant to some typically ( all too often) misbehaving, mischevious, behaviorless black. In the case of this Eric Garner they should have im addition to putting this overreactive hothead in the slammer, but forced him to pay resitution to the to the family. As a white person I believe this case was a miscarriage of justice and based on fore knowledge of choak hold outcomes drilled into apparent knuckleheads its negligent homicide 100%.

Exactly. I'm hardly a conspiracy nut but this is how it starts.

My boyfriend said something once that was very eyeopening. We were actually talking about war and the US being so bomb happy while Europe is more cautious. He said "your country is very young. You don't have the history of upheaval that so many other counties have known." He's right. This country is very young. Our system is a 238 year experiment in democracy. It's a system designed to prevent the types of inequality found throughout human history but clearly it does not. On the surface that inequality appears to be based on race but the root of it is economic. We've all seen the reports on the widening wealth gaps in this country. There should be cause for much concern.

This is why the focus in on race in every cultural chokepoint controlled by the American ruling class. America is the ruling classes showcase society - no where else in the world do they have such a stranglehold on the mind of the masses.

The French masses have it right. They finally broke through and understand that the plutocracy of bankers and oilmen that make up the ruling class now do not want the spotlight on them - so they divide and conquer along ethnic lines to keep people distracted and subverted. In France the European Catholic population and immigrant African population have united to rise above the ruling class subversion and collectively give the oligarchy a quenelle. Just earlier this year 750,000 marched in Paris against ruling class looting of the middle and working class and the cultural subversion they pass as freedom. These were huge showings on solidarity against the bankers - yet it was not covered the anglosphere. If a story has the potential to divide and conquer? That story will receive hyper-attention is the English speaking American media.

Didn't click on the article, but if it was the same circumstances as this then I would be just as pissed for this guy. Police need to be held to a higher standard with their force. It is NOT illegal to disrespect or talk trash to a cop. Police need to learn to when they can and cannot use force.

Since Mr. Garner had been previously arrested 31 times for assault, driving without a license and other charges, I think he was well aware of the proper procedure.
