I seriously doubt that NYPD distinguishes between skin shades. If the person is identifiably Black, more than likely, they will be targeted, whether light, brown or dark...

Wow, they killed the guy for barely resisting arrest --- for selling loosies!!! They shouldve just issued him a ticket. Very sad. Not surprised either, NYPD are the most aggressive thugs. Black or white, doesn't matter your race (if you think race matters, you don't know what you're talking about). Gotta get all those tax dollars to pay their extraordinary salaries even if it means killing people....This case is much much different than Ferguson in my opinion.

I don't really want ppl to riot. I was trying to point out that ppl do not protest in the massive numbers they need in order to force the higher powers to make changes. I would delete the post....but I don't have the option to do so.
