Yeah, the only reason I'm kind of interested in following celebrities is because they often choose the best places in which to stay, dine and shop whenever they visit a city. It's an easy way to find out since they have the money to afford it obviously.

So, what was the final tab for the City's entertaining these two (police time-overtime, etc.)
Will it be presented to the Exchequer for reimbursement?

It may pay off a small part of the London congestion charge that the US embassy have refused to pay for years. I think they have refused to pay about $14 million so far.
