Yes your right I'm on the 9th floor and the others are on 10-11 but it's only 4 families moving in! And FYI we cannot get postal service until they have 15 apartments filled lol and it will 15 days to get mail after we are registered

You can call the office that interview you they know more then what the building manager knows about your application process
