The Eastern bloc fell and everything was privatized. China too these days is capitalist, as is Vietnam. That leaves North Korea and Cuba as the odd communist regimes still standing.

It is time to change the voting system.

votes from high school dropouts or illiterates should count little, say 1/10 of those from properly educated citizens.
otherwise democracy is working against civilization. look at the situations in many latin and african countries or india, you would appreciate that democracy is not moving those societies forward.

And let's hope that father obama will utilize his all mighty power to issues one more executive order to enforce this change otherwise this change will never occur via voting because under qualified citizens seem to have already dominated the US population.
