Considering that I don't do anything illegal enough to be arrestable (I speed when I drive, but not much), and if I were to be arrested I wouldn't then resist said arrest... this whole event changes my outlook by 0%.
Combined, the Staten Island event, and the Ferguson event have changed my mindset by 0%.
No change because I'm not black. The police don't bother me. And that's why they are protesting. It's all about the color of your skin.
Very true. Do you think they deserved it? Not that im trying to drive anything out of you but you just sound like you have a very particular perspective.
I guess is shows that if I resist being arrested there may be an unintended very adverse outcome. The police aren't just going to walk away because I say no I don't want to be arrested and resist.
It also makes me think that if I see someone lying on the ground in obvious health trouble and no-one is attending to them, then I will try to attend to them.
I've never had a problem with the police, but I have breasts, so maybe this is why I'm never wrestled to the ground in a choke hold or thrown into a police car on trumped up charges.
