Default NYC Parking Map?

Is there a map that shows by block, what the parking regulations are? Ie where are the metered/munimeter blocks, what hours, days of the week, etc?

no, you need to read the signs very carefully and remember that in most of manhattan below 86st they will tow you if you park illegaly and that's a nightmare you don't need to live

Amazon.com: The Feder Guide to Where to Park Your Car in Manhattan (and Where Not to Park It!), Downtown Edition: Books: Erik Feder

I can't vouch for it, it's just a suggestion.

Experience is the best way. Read all signs carefully.

This only happened to me once - if I am in doubt now I park in a lot.

Nothing like walking out of a concert at 2am and your car is gone, then you have schlep allllll the way to the West Side Hwy just to wait 3 hours for your car and pay well over $300.

You can stop in a no parking zone as long as you stay in your car.
