But before that happens my thoughts are this is tragic and the first thing that popped into my head was "some deranged guy did this". Much in the same way we've seen deranged and angry people (of any race or ethnicity) set out with a vendetta and go after the object of their rage. We see this all the time, some fringe Muslim terrorist group bombs something then you have some deranged person pushing Muslims onto train tracks. Some student angry because girls won't talk to him, goes on a shooting spree. Someone mad at the world, starts shooting up a school, a movie theater, etc. There are countless examples but of course the usual race war trolls won't see it this way and will just start spewing their same tired rhetoric.
Deranged white killer = mental issue, more Big Pharma meds
Deranged arab/muslim killer = terrorist, more Big Brother surveillance
Deranged black killer = black killer, more Police State

Bratton should resign rather than work for a mayor who doesn't support the police by virtue of his words which raise tensions rather than lower them. Also for letting protesters shut down bridges and roads. This incident is reminiscent of the rookie cop in 1988 who was shot execution style (that's what it was) while guarding a home.

DeBlasio and Sharpton have blood on their hands. According to the NY Post, the cop killers was an angry black guy with an axe to grind with police for the Eric Garner and Michael Brown deaths. Snapshots of his instagram account shows him bragging about killing 2 cops in revenge for 2 blacks getting killed (Garner and Brown). He even shows blood on his booty and pants. The pants of the cop killer who is in a stretcher match the same pants of the instagram dude.
