Fact.

If he had not been placed in the chokehold, he would not have died. Or had the cops let him when he said he can't breathe.

Wrong.

The physical cause of death. No talk about his criminal past. How did he die in that instant?

According to the city's own examiners, the cops killed him. Why would these professionals who know how to determine the cause of death lie? They ruled Garner's death a homicide.

Your explanation?

That in itself is not true. Although his death was labeled a homicide the limited data from the report indicates he died from chest and neck compression from a prone position, obesity and heart disease were underlying causes. The limited released data from the M.E report also indicates there was no bruising swelling, tissue or bone damage around his neck.

And who compressed his chest? The NYPD who took him down. Had he not been taken down, he wouldn't have died at that instant. You can argue this takedown was justified. There's no serious debate over his cause of death, only whether the police handled it properly.

But to say that the NYPD didn't cause his death? Come on, that's just silly.

Take the case of the lunatic who went in the community center in Brooklyn and stabbed people. The NYPD put him down. They killed him. It was justifiable because he was trying to kill people. But nobody would argue that the police didn't kill him.

Because the cop was on top of him with his knee in his chest while pushing his head down into the ground.

The cops killed him.

He was begging them to help saying "I CAN'T BREATHE".... The cops continued to restrain him and have his knee in Garner's chest. They did not allow the EMT to render aid or to even check his vitals.

The cops should have been charged with manslaughter.

At the time he was saying I CAN'T BREATHE, he was on the ground already with the cops knee in his chest. He was begging the cop to get off him and let him up so he could catch his breath and breathe. The cops ignored him, did not let EMTs render aid, they killed him.

And what does this have to do with him being murdered by the cops??? So what if he had 15 kids by 15 baby mommas???? It means NOTHING.

All those babies, all the baby mommas... they're all going to get a payout courtesy of the NYPD and the City of New York. You have a problem with that? Tell the cops that killed him.

How many times do you people have to be told that just because a fat perp who crushed himself under his own weight was saying I can't breathe means the exact opposite. He could talk, he could breathe. When a cop is placing someone under arrest in particular someone who is resisting the way Garner did they hear every story in the book by the perp who doesn't want to be cuffed. Garner killed himself with his antics, The video shows this to be true. When the cops got the cuffs on him they positioned him to help his breathing in case he wasn't faking and called EMS. They followed protocol. You will never convince me other wise and those of you who continue this narrative of the cops choked him to death are living in a delusional fantasy world. The evidence is right there in front of you, the grand jury no billed the court proceedings, there was no crime that was committed by the NYPD when it comes to the Eric Garner case.

If this city had any balls they would let the Garner family take them to court instead of settling out of court. Garners family deserves nothing when it comes to any money paid out by the city. Not a penny. If anything the city should bill them for all the aggravation they have caused with their baseless rabble rousing and a bill for $22 million dollars that it has cost this city in NYPD OT.

One more thing. This thread is about Erica Garner knowingly tweeting out a Cops home address. Not about Eric Garner. Keep it on topic.

Yes, this is why there should have been an indictment.
