Commute to CUMC... (Norwood: bus, garages, public transportation)

Hi All--Recently accepted a position at CUMC. Wondering how I will commute from the Woodlawn area. Any suggestions? I would drive, but parking garages are insane. Any info is greatly appreciated!

That's a PITA to do by public transportation, because from Woodlawn, there's no direct bus that connects to the (1) train. You could take the Bx34 down to Fordham Road, and then take the Bx12 +SBS+ over to the (1) or (A) train. (I think that would be quicker than going to Norwood for the Bx10, since the Bx10 is less frequent and reliable).

I think there's a parking lot somewhere along Broadway along the upper end of the (1) line, but I'm not sure where, though.
