I was approved today! I was asked if I could make it on Thursday to walk through the building, see my unit, but I'll be working so likely I'll go following week or just move in sight-unseen. It's pretty exciting, I'm very grateful. I've been in the same apartment in south Williamsburg since 1997 and wouldn't have been able to afford the neighborhood if I had to move. Good luck to everyone here!

How long after 2nd interview they called you that you are approved ?? Did they schedule home visit already?
My g/f called them to ask what's going on. The answer was, "Miss Cordona is still processing the applications. She's with a client now." Fingers crossed!
I just got a call and I got put on the waiting list. So unless someone drops out its back to square one
Hey listen that waiting list could exist for a long time. If a tenant bows out in a year or two then you could have an apartment unless you do something better first. You are better off than not being on that list. Congrads!
