Hello everyone!

I need to know where can i get a Doctor's note even i was never been to that clinic?

i need it because i am international student & i attended 11 credits in my college, and i was suppose to register 12 credits.

So my advisor asked me to bring Doctor's note otherwise she will terminate my i-20 ( i-20 terminated = i am out of school & U.S )

If any one could please give me an address of clinic where i can get a Doctor's note easily, i would really appreciate it. I live in Queens, NY btw.

Thank you very much

Most doctors will not give fraudulent documents.

You can go to any urgent care facility, pay the fee to see a doctor, and say that you feel sick. I don't know what kind of note you get from that, but at least you'd have proof that you visited a doctor. In my experience, the fee is usually around $90 for a basic appointment at urgent care.

Just google Urgent Care facility Queens and you will see there are many of them.

As the above poster said, no doctor is going to give you a fraudulent note that says you received care from that doctor if you didn't.

How is getting a doctor's note going to affect your i-20? Don't you still have to account for the missing credit?

Something doesn't sound right here. I would suggest you to be honest and do the right thing in the first place because if you don't, by the time you are busted, you might regret it.
