I wont say nothing has been done. They will just have to fix what ever that didn't meet inspection for whatever reasons and schedule another inspection that's all. secondly they are loosing a lot of money and probably fines too bcuz they are very behind schedule, I don't think they will not do anything about that. loosing money. We will now see what August 1st have to bring.

xoxo

Hey all

Chiming in a little late...but I was awarded an apt at Hunters Point via the same lottery and we are having identical issues with waiting on Certificate of Occupancy for one of the buildings. Move in dates have been pushed back and leases are still not signed. Ugh! A frustrating process but interesting to hear everyones experiences with these lotteries regardless of which building it is.

Hey guys. The development company that built this building is also building mine at 626 Flatbush over looking Prospect Park. (Hudson Inc.) I'm guessing I'll be going through the same process soon since I dropped off docs last week on July 1st. My question is about the credit check. I am so afraid of that part. It isn't terrible (mid 600's) but still a lot of room for improvement. Did anyone get denied because of poor credit?

Hey, Medina143. I don't know about your development, but at our development they did ' t do a credit check. More over, when we received the interview letter - invitation, they said: if you are late with your mortgage payment or loosing your home, bring those papers with you. So, you should read your interview letter once more.
