Which neighborhood do you guys think might have more Russian Speaking immigrants Brighton Beach or Sheepshead Bay? Its very hard to tell due to both neighborhoods having a lot of Russian Speakers. I am pretty sure that Brighton Beach must have more Russian Speakers than Sheepshead Bay due to Brighton being the first Russian community in Brooklyn and still being the place for newly arrived Russian speaking immigrants today. Can you guys be helpful to give your opinion and answer to this?

Brighton Beach is largely (although not exclusively) Russian. (There are also some Pakistani and Mexican residents).

Sheepshead Bay is very Russian as well, but perhaps not as much as Brighton Beach.

In 2015, I would say Sheepshead Bay, easily.

Brighton Beach used to be #1, but I think Sheepshead Bay has grown faster in terms of Russians (though to be technical the growth is not Russian specifically but former Soviet).
