I want to find the local counties within NYC five borough foreclosure housing. Does anyone know where I might be able to find that? I search it online, but I can't get much information on it.

Wow,
That sounds so like yesteryear.

In this market, it is hard to believe foreclosure sales even exist.

Last I checked, Jamaica, Queens was the epicenter but that was pretty long ago.

Really? That's not what I found online with proertyshark website, but that website requires subscription in order to get the list.

For a small up-front payment, they will promise you that dream home for only $10,000. But in reality, I think that ship has sailed.
I would check legitimate governmental sites like HUD, or Fannie Mae. (But look for disclaimers on sites that SOUND like HUD and Fannie Mae but aren't)

I have heard that most of this debt have quietly been bought up by MEGA finance corporations and rolled into investment paper traded in bulk...just like the mortgage bundling that precipitated the 2007 debacle. FRONTLINE did a good expose a couple months ago.

Zillow lists foreclosures and pre-foreclosures. You must register first but there is no charge.

Thank you all for the info, but I am really looking for a list instead of going through one by one.
