How this is allowed to happen is beyond me.

So when someone dies because she can't pull them out of a fire is their family allowed to sue the city?

The title you gave your post reminds me of the Post's reporting - sh*t. What do liberals have to do with this? What did liberals actually win? Your title shows how basic, stupid and blind the Post's readers really are. Joke's on you for reading that joke of a newspaper.

This has to do with feminazi's bitchin' about gender equalities. Woman's union pressures de Blasio -> His little b*tch ass folds under the pressure -> de Blasio pressure the fire department -> department folds by making tests easier -> we get somebody who's not qualified for the job, on the job -> somebody loses their life -> lawsuit.

There are 3 sub-tests: strength, fine motor, academics.

Strength is one of 3 essential components. Her other 2 scores were high enough to make up the difference, giving her a 75% overall score. She qualified, overall.

I guess (don't know) it's also possible for a man to overcompensate with strength if he fails the fine motor or academic subtests. If his total on all 3 tests is 75%, he's in.

Liberal areas have higher quality of life than conservative areas. And that's a fact.

Then it's not really "liberal" or "conservative".

You have poor people from crappy areas with inferiority complexes who just talk crap about better parts of the country. Nothing to take seriously.
