There are two small trees in front of my house (in sidewalk) in jamaica queens. One was planted by the city and one was planted by us about 4 years ago. I want to replace the trees with something nice like cherry blossom tree. I was reading up in nycparks website and theres rules about replacing tree. The website says to contact them for permission but i coudnt find any forms.. How do I advance or who do I contact if I want to replace the trees..
