Same exact thing happened to another up and coming signed industry rapper 7 years ago in Far Rockaway.

Dudes name was Stack Bundles.

He buys a silver Porsche Boxster with his label advance money, and decides to go and floss it in the projects and gets capped.

Rappers need to study history lessons.

According to the Chinx Wikipedia page, they were from the same group of friends that started rapping together, tied by a man by the name of max b

It might have been the asian gangs that took him out. That nickname is highly offensive.

When you learn boi is actually spelled with a 'y' and not an 'I' come talk to me. In case you missed the description the first time you logged on, this is a discussion forum. Where discussion takes place. If everyone discussed only topics they were experts on, this would be a very boring place.

Cheers to you for raising your CD street cred, showing us you got your ear to the street. Dawg. You see what I did there, spelled dog dawg, boost my cred. Right boi?

Chinx wasn't in a gang.

Anyway, Chicago is much different than New York so don't compare the two, especially when you don't know what you're talking about.

But to be honest I don't think anyone on this forum should be speaking on this unless they are a fan of hip hop and Chinx. I see everyone is making their typical judgmental hip hop comments without even knowing the person or situation.
I mean, can you necessarily blame anyone who goes ahead and make those assumptions? I don't share that sentiment but, honestly, Hip Hop doesn't have the best track record in terms of gang relations/artists.

I feel for Chinx though. He was someone who was just in it to provide for his kid and family. Very heart breaking. He was on the rise and his time to blow was coming.
