The suit goes on. There's some discovery-related order with each party to produce something or other by March 18, 2018. The beat goes on.

I know I sprained my ankle several times on pot holes all over the city. What was I thinking, thinking it was me being clumsy versus the city. I could have 5 million by now.

I feel like any kind of lawsuit would simply end up with some kind of settlement with the city. Anyone bring a claim against the city is likely to end up getting something, so that says a lot about how the city government is doing business these days.
