Yes, this is definitely true. Some locations had many more appointments available than others, so it makes sense to check appointment times at multiple locations. I just got my card today (5/26) and my appt was on 5/15, so 10 days to 2 weeks to get it sounds about right.

You can also visit PS 1 I think within a time frame - look on your ticket if they still give these out on the free evening.

I would actually recommend membership, a very good deal because you can visit whenever you want and as many times as you like and skip any lines, visit exhibitions with special viewing hours for members (usually mornings before the museum opens to the public), attend gallery lectures (by art historians) just for members ... there are a lot of benefits.

Where would P.S 1 be located if you don't mind me asking? I would to have a membership. This is really good stuff. Thanks again as always Harlem Resident.

First thing to do is to take the 4,5,or 6 train to 86th and go to the Metropolitan Museum. It will take 10 days to see it, but you can start with one.
Admission: Pay What You Wish.

It is the most magnificent place in the United States.
